The Price family has some of the deepest roots in Central Florida.  Farmers and ranchers once upon a time, today's generations are focused on helping clients navigate the Central Florida and Orlando real estate markets.

Price Management was founded by Christine Price in the mid 1980's.  Her brokerage and property management company was hired by Walt Disney World to manage their College Program housing apartments at Vista Way.   Over 20+ years, Christine helped Disney to grow it's college program from one apartment property to five with over 7,000 student interns living in apartments overseen by almost 200 Price Management employees.

Jessica Price McGinnis, Christine's daughter, joined Price Management after becoming an attorney and acted as its V.P. and General Counsel for five years.  In 2012, upon Christine's retirement, Disney took over direct management of the college program housing and Jessica joined BakerHostetler as an Of Counsel attorney, specializing in Commercial and Residential Real Estate. 

Garrett McGinnis, Christine's son-in-law, runs the brokerage today.  He will obtain his Florida Broker's licensure in 2024 after having held his sales associate license for 10 years.  Garrett's passion for making sure our clients' needs are the priority is why every client we work with loves our guidance and support.

Together, as a family, we help our clients with our two main unfair advantages to the Central Florida market.  One, every transaction is, by default, managed by a Florida real estate attorney.  Two, our six generations worth of local knowledge, history, and detailed perspective is unparalleled.
